Corrie invited to the Connected Health Conference 2017

This year, Corrie was invited to present at the Connected Health Conference, now the largest event dedicated to digital and connected health. The 9th annual Connected Health Conference focused on looking at health through the lens of the future, and how technology can be leveraged to support new models of care delivery, health, and wellness. As the largest event dedicated to digital and connected health, this conference convened a multi-disciplinary audience of more than 2,500 frontline healthcare providers, hospital executives, health plan leaders, Fortune 500 employers, policy makers, researchers, technology developers, leading investors, patients and advocates.

Lochan Shah, a 2nd year medical student at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and critical member of the Corrie team, presented a poster on her work in patient-centered design, “Harnessing Connected Health to Improve Hospital Discharge and Patient Outcomes for Every Generation: Insights from Piloting the Corrie Platform in Post-Myocardial Infarction Recovery.” Congratulations to Lochan and the Corrie team!
