Jane is passionate about the intersection of medicine and technology and the potential for technology to transform healthcare delivery. She grew up in the Silicon Valley alongside a family of engineers, where she was inspired by the spirit of innovation and “maker” mentality. Jane attended the University of California, Los Angeles, where she majored in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology and minored in Biomedical Research. She obtained her MD at Hopkins, where she has been closely involved with the Corrie project in a variety of capacities and served as the Patient Education Lead and Director of Deployment at Johns Hopkins Bayview. She furthermore served as a Medical Consultant to Opter Inc., a health technology company that designs products to improve lifestyle habits. She is currently an internal medicine resident at UCLA. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, and exploring new music genres.
